Ocean State Off Road is a locally-owned, rapidly growing off-road specialty shop in Warwick, RI, and we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to work with people, can talk cars and trucks, and isn’t afraid to get things done.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers in person, over the phone, and through email
• Help customers figure out what parts, products, and services they need
• Create work orders when needed
• Order parts and coordinate with suppliers
• Keep customers updated throughout the process
• Help keep jobs moving and make sure things get done right

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working with customers and suppliers
• Automotive or off-road experience is a big plus
• Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

WHAT WE OFFER

Up to $38/hour — based on experience
